Burn Permits in Eureka Charter Township
According to Eureka Charter Township Ordinance #25, you MUST have a burn permit to burn in the Township. See rules and regulations in section 8 of Ordinance #25.
Applications to burn are available on our website under Forms and in our office. A burn application must be filled out and approved by the Zoning Administrator before you will get a permit number. Once that form is on file, you can be issued a permit number good for 4 days at a time. You may call or come in to get a new permit number each time you need to burn You do NOT need a burn permit if burning in a fire pit or burning barrel with a grate or cover. If you have any questions, please contact Eureka Charter Township and ask to speak with the Zoning Administrator.
TOWNSHIP BOARD MEETINGS
are held on the second Monday of each month.
PLANNING COMMISSION MEETINGS
are held on the third Wednesday of each month.
Both are held at 7:00 pm at the Township Hall.

Household Hazardous Waste Collection
The Montcalm County Solid Waste Committee is offering a one day event on Saturday, July 11, 2020, at the Mid-Michigan District Health Department, 615 N. State St., Stanton,from 9:00 am to Noon.
